Tuesday Mindfulness Meditation Meetup

Open to all students, faculty, staff, and alumni – Free mediation – Tuesdays, 12:15-12:45pm. No meditation experience necessary. 

Mindful Meditation Meet-up Details:
In-Person: 221 Roosevelt Hall

  • Sessions typically last 15-20 minutes and are facilitated. 
  • For Virtual participants: Attendees are encouraged to keep cameras on to create community but participant access and comfort are most important! Please do what helps you participate with ease!

URI Campus Recreation Mindfulness Offerings

Download the IMLeagues app (either the mobile app or on your desktop) to create an account with your URI email address and register for classes. Once you register for any virtual classes, you will receive the Zoom link. In-person classes are available to students and faculty/staff with a valid membership. Please check in at the Customer Service Center for in-person classes.
